For StreetShield support, email [email protected]. Include your device type, app version, iOS version, the approximate time the issue happened, and the screen or feature involved. Only include screenshots if they do not show private people, exact addresses, faces, licence plates, phone numbers, or real names.
Emergencies
StreetShield is not an emergency service and support messages are not monitored for urgent incidents. If there is an immediate threat to life, safety, property, fire, or medical wellbeing, call 000 now.
Account and Privacy Requests
- Account deletion is available in the app from Profile > About & Legal > Delete account.
- Privacy questions can be sent to [email protected].
- For HomeSafe questions, include whether a trip was active and whether the issue involved location, check-ins, arrival, or trusted-person updates.
- Do not send suspect names, exact private addresses, faces, licence plates, or other identifying details unless needed for account ownership verification.
Billing and Subscriptions
- StreetShield Plus and Street Lead subscriptions are purchased through the App Store payment sheet in the app.
- Use Restore Purchases in the upgrade sheet if a purchase completed but your plan did not update immediately.
- Manage cancellation, renewal, and refund requests through your Apple account subscription settings.
Report or Moderation Issues
If a report includes personal details, profiling, suspect identification, harassment, or unsafe instructions, use the in-app Report inappropriate action where available. StreetShield may redact, remove, restrict, or retain reports where required for safety, moderation, abuse prevention, or legal compliance.
